Thank you for shopping at vandalkimonos.com! In the event that your product is the wrong size, color, etc. and needs to be replaced, you will have 30 days from the day that it was received to send it back for either a replacement or store credit. The product must be returned the way it was received (unworn, unwashed, clean and with all tags attached). We are unable to accept used items.

Any item returned that does not meet the above criteria, will not be eligible (i.e. dirty, smell of cigarette smoke or detergent, covered in animal dander or deodorant marks, have visible signs of wear, etc).

In the event your product is defective or is the wrong item, please send it back. The shipping fee will be refunded and the order will be corrected. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for items returned and sent out that are not an error on behalf of vandalkimonos.com (i.e. if you ordered the wrong size and would like to try a different size you will be responsible for shipping both ways). There will be a 10% restocking fee for all items returned.

The returned product will go through an evaluation by our Returns Department, who will contact you to discuss the next step.

  • -Natural wear and tear due to prolonged use of the product
  • -Customization with patches, severely altering the product
